STEP I
Conversation
A phone call or note. Tell me what you have in mind. No charge.

STEP II
Site visit
I come out, walk the space, and take measurements. I'll flag anything else I notice while I'm there.

STEP III
Drawings & estimate
Hand-drawn elevations, a written scope, and an honest estimate. Revisions until you're happy with the plan.

STEP IV
Build & install
Materials sourced, pieces built on the bench, install kept clean. Daily walk-throughs and a final sign-off when the punch list is closed.
